Antique Map of Devon by C. and J. Greenwood

This large scale antique map of Devon was surveyed and published by two brothers,
Christopher and James Greenwood, they were produced in direct competition with the Ordnance Survey
whoo took 100 years to complete the survey as opposed to 17 years by the Greenwood brothers!

Condition:
9 sheets laid on linen, original hand colouring good bold imprint, Exeter Cathedral vignette,
Paper flakey on edges, some vertical cracking and a stain to the top right.
