Biography:
Henry Fisher (fl. 1816-37)
Fisher and his son were publishers in the Caxton Press in Martin-le-Grand, London. They published two maps, one each of Devon and Cornwall, which they included in the topographical West Country works Devon Illustarted and Cornwall Illustrated. The maps were both engarved by J. and C. Walker
well-known engravers of a large number of county maps.

Devon Illustrated and Cornwall Illustrated were combined into one volume with each county having a seperate engraved title page.
