Description: Very decorative 17th century map of Kent by Jan Jansson, Latin text verso. Features Thanet, Sheppey, Sandwich, Folkstone, Dover, Hythe, Rochester, Blackheath, Maidstone and Canterbury.
Condition: Good bold image, attractive later hand colouring, folding copy as published. Reinforcing to bottom centrefold. Generous margins with four folds (reinforced) and some discolouration, image unaffected and easily hidden when mounted.
