Rigobert Bonne (1727-1795)
As Royal Hydrographer, Bonne's principal interest lay in the production of marine charts, but he issued a number of other works, often including maps by other cartographers. He also provided maps for Guillaume Raynal's Atlas de toutes les parties connues du globe terreste (1780).
Other works include: Atlas Maritime 1762 (re-issued 1778), Petit Tableau de France (1764). Atlas Moderne (1776), Atlas Portatif (c. 1783), Atlas de geographie ancienne with Nicholas Desmaret (1783), Atlas Encyclopedique with Nicholas Desmaret (1787-8, re-issued 1827)
